THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE IDEA AND
GETTING READY FOR “PRIME TIME”

Once a product concept is formulated, assessed, and initial conceptual design drawings or sketches are developed, the next step is that of the Product Development - the basic prototyping or modeling so that its engineering measurements and drawings may be further applied, and the design & functionality of the product may be demonstrated and costs determined. Most importantly, further legal protection is again assessed prior to the product’s introduction to the appropriate market channels.

A basic approach to Product Development is the Engineering Drawings. This is not necessarily a hyper-technical process, but it does involve computer skills and experience with engineering design software to further design and develop the product concepts.
